You can place the units either inside or outside the area you are looking to cool, and they will work with 3m of ducting off either outlet. So you can place the air con unit outside the area you want to cool and duct the cold air in, or you can place it inside the area you want to cool and exhaust the warm air out of the space. These portable air conditioning machines are also quiet in operation.
