These floor planers scarifiers can be used for a range of different applications. Whether you want to plane an old cracked concrete floor to reveal a fresh layer of concrete below, level the concrete floor, remove old finishes and stains, or groove the floor, they provide a fast, effective and professional solution. These floor planers have a Quick Lift feature, with a lever that raises and lowers the cutters and a Fine Adjust feature with a screw handle that allows you to set the depth at which you want the cutters to work. These machines have a range of features that make them easy and safe to operate. Large diameter wheels make the floor scarifiers very mobile, and an adjustable operating handle allows the operator to use the machine comfortably. The built-in dust extraction port allows you to connect the floor planing machine to a dust extraction unit. This prevents concrete dust from becoming airborne whilst you plane the floor, which would create a huge mess on site and could seriously harm the health of the operator.
