Road towable diesel wood chippers are ideal for industrial and commercial applications. They are perfect for contractors, tree surgeons, arborists, council workers, and more. These industrial chippers can break up branches that are up to 6"" (160mm) in diameter. They allow you to chip large volumes of branches in no time at all, ideal for garden and area clearing. They also have a throughput of up to 4 tonnes per hour, twin hydraulic rollers and auto-feed control and an 18-litre fuel capacity. 

These wood chippers have two 135mm double sided and fully hardened blades for shredding materials quickly and efficiently. The blades work to an average chip size of approximately 18mm, making clean-up simple and improving the scope for repurposing the chips. These portable chippers have a towing weight of less than 750kg and are suitable for smaller vans and commercial vehicles. They can be transported to and from a site with ease. The chipper is mounted on a solid beam chassis with full-size rugged tyres that offer excellent ground clearance and ensuring a low centre of gravity. It is safe for road travel and on challenging surfaces. When using these heavy-duty diesel chippers, you must wear full protective equipment, including a hard hat, safety visor, and heavy-duty gloves, to protect yourself from any flying debris which may escape the chipper. Also, use ear defenders to protect your ears from the engine's loud noise and the chipping process.
